We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our friendly and collaborative Digital Learning team.
As we continue to invest in and roll out new technology, you'll play a key role in supporting our diverse range of stakeholders through impactful training programmes, equipping our teams with the tools they need to succeed and deliver high-quality work to our legal clients.
Please note: This role includes the delivery of face-to-face training and will require regular office attendance. There will be periods where you'll be expected to be in the Bristol office 3–4 days per week to support training delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions across a range of firm-supported technologies.
- Supporting new starters and returners through effective digital and technical training programmes.
- Creating and maintaining digital learning content, training materials, and user guides.
- Producing videos and other digital learning resources to support colleague development.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm to identify learning needs and enhance digital capability.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced knowledge of IT applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience delivering training to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your style.
- Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
