Digital Learning Specialist
As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will report to the Learning Lead. You will be instrumental in creating engaging digital learning solutions that support business upskilling.
Role Responsibilities
As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will report to the Learning Lead. You will be instrumental in creating engaging digital learning solutions that support business upskilling. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Using agile development tools and processes to create engaging and interactive learning content, such as: e-learning courses, infographics, animations, simulations, assessments, micro learnings, job aids, tools, and learning-games
- Partnering with stakeholders to diagnose performance and capability needs, recommending evidence-based learning and non-learning interventions
- Using data, learner analytics, and business metrics to inform decisions and evaluate learning effectiveness
- Applying evaluation frameworks to demonstrate impact
- Seeking out and implementing feedback, cultivating a growth mindset
- Ensuring learning content adheres to audio/visual technical specification, as well as brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices
- Developing in-house digital tooling such as: templates, planners, and brand standard documents
- Holding shared administrative responsibilities for learning and coaching platforms
- Managing multiple projects, delivering high quality solutions whilst maintaining project schedules and stakeholder expectation
- Maintaining and reporting compliant, auditable training records at all times

Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills
An ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have significant experience in building digital learning interventions
- Have significant experience working with digital content development tools
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in digital learning
- Have knowledge of WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience developing fully accessible digital solutions
- Be experienced in designing engaging learning interventions, not just traditional e- and classroom learning
- Maintain and develop their knowledge in educational technology, adult learning and educational best practices
- Experiment with emerging learning technologies to improve learner engagement
- Consistently demonstrate business value with targeted interventions
- Be creative in approach to support agility within the business
