About Us:

At Hive, we’re in the business of helping businesses – and it all starts with people.

From ambitious start-ups to industry giants, we partner with organisations to solve real-world challenges through smart, human-centred solutions. Whether it’s navigating change, designing future-ready org structures, refining talent strategies, or building a thriving culture from the ground up, we bring energy, empathy, and expertise to every challenge.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Learning Trainer to support the growth of our Learning and Development function across Hive and our client organisations.

In this role, you will create captivating, human-centred learning solutions that fit distinct client and learner needs. You’ll spend your time designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful interventions, including e-learning courses, instructional guides, and training videos. Working with a wide stakeholder group, you’ll use your knowledge of adult learning theories and modern tech to maximise knowledge retention and help build a thriving learning culture.

Not from a traditional L&D background? Don’t let that hold you back!

While L&D experience is preferred, we are highly open to someone from a strong technical creative background (such as multimedia design, video editing, or content creation) who wants to pivot into the L&D space. If you bring the technical design skills, a passion for storytelling, and a desire to learn, we can train you up on the rest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Design and build captivating digital learning materials, high-quality e-learning modules, written guides, and video content that achieve clear learning outcomes.
  • Delivery & Facilitation: Design and deliver engaging learning interventions and flexible, innovative IT and systems training for all levels of the business, both virtually and in-person.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider L&D team, subject-matter experts, and external clients to develop new programmes and continuously improve existing training materials.
  • Data & Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning interventions. Utilise analytical tools to leverage data, provide insights, and prove the business impact of training to our clients.
  • Strategy & Culture: Support the delivery of an L&D strategy that aligns with broader business objectives, actively driving a continuous professional development culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
