Digital Optimisation Manager
Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon.
Hybrid working, 2 days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

As Digital Optimisation Manager, you’ll take the lead on trading and optimisation across AnnSummers.com and Knickerbox.com. You’ll own performance, lead a talented team and drive real impact, from boosting conversion to elevating every step of the customer journey.
This is a role with real influence. You’ll combine sharp commercial instinct, deep customer insight and digital expertise to spot opportunities, move fast and deliver results that matter.

The role: Drive performance across all digital KPIs, turning insight into meaningful commercial impact and delivering against targets Champion the end-to-end customer journey, removing friction and elevating every touchpoint Lead the digital trading calendar with pace, precision and standout execution Turn data, insight and UX thinking into bold, high-impact optimisation wins Elevate onsite merchandising and content, where commercial meets irresistible experience Own the optimisation roadmap, embedding test-and-learn and best-in-class UX Partner across Digital Product, CRM and Marketing to create seamless, high-performing journeys Spot risks and opportunities fast, making smart, commercially driven calls Influence with impact, bringing insight to life and championing better customer experiences Lead, coach and inspire your team, setting the bar high and bringing energy every day Be a true brand ambassador, championing our Ann Summers values at all times
