Job Title: Digital/Cyber Manager

Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire

Salary Range: Negotiable

The Malloy Aeronautics Team:

Malloy Aeronautics Limited specializes in the development of heavy lift unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) for both civilian and military uses. Located in Berkshire, our operations are notable for their focus on in-house design and manufacturing. This vertical integration means we control the production of most aircraft components on-site, enhancing our ability to innovate and maintain high standards across all stages of development.

About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital & Cyber Manager to take ownership of our technology and security landscape, helping shape strategy while remaining close to delivery.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, influencing stakeholders, challenging suppliers, and driving outcomes. You'll be the trusted technology partner to the business, providing expertise across cloud, infrastructure, cyber security, governance, and service delivery.

You'll have the autonomy to make an impact, working across both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational challenges.

Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK

What you’ll be doing (but not limited to):

  • Shape and deliver digital, cloud, infrastructure, and cyber security strategy.
  • Act as the organisation's trusted advisor on technology and cyber risk.
  • Oversee and challenge third-party IT and security providers to ensure secure, high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead cyber governance, risk management, compliance, and assurance activities.
  • Drive improvements across Azure, networking, infrastructure, and security operations.
  • Manage major incidents, service issues, and technology risks through to resolution.
  • Develop technology roadmaps, modernisation plans, and investment recommendations.
  • Embed secure-by-design principles across projects and operational environments.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex issues in a simple, business-focused way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
