The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes – Sizewell C – a once-in-a-generation clean energy project that will help power over 6 million homes for decades to come.

Working within the Civil Works Alliance (a partnership between Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke), you'll lead the adoption of digital best practice across one of Europe's largest infrastructure projects, helping to transform how digital tools, knowledge and innovation are embedded across the programme.

As Digital Adoption Manager – Digital Hub & Best Practice, you'll lead initiatives that drive the consistent use of digital tools, establish best practice, and build capability across project teams. Working closely with Digital Engineering, Design, Information Management, IT and Operational teams, you'll develop training, governance and knowledge-sharing processes that support a modern, digital-by-default approach to construction delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and implementation of digital best practice across the Civil Works Alliance
  • Managing the Digital Knowledge Hub, ensuring training materials, guidance and digital resources are accessible and up to date
  • Working with functional leads, digital platform owners and software vendors to optimise the use of digital tools and processes
  • Capturing lessons learned and best practice from across the project and supporting knowledge transfer across teams
  • Developing scalable training programmes, learning resources and digital adoption strategies to improve capability across the organisation
  • Establishing governance processes that promote consistent use of digital tools and measure adoption across project teams
  • Supporting the creation of case studies that demonstrate the value and benefits of digital innovation
  • Working collaboratively with Digital, Engineering, Design and Information Management teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Promoting modern digital ways of working and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the programme
  • Leading and mentoring a team responsible for supporting digital adoption across the project

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
