We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Market Activation Manager – Wealth. The Digital Market Activation team helps stakeholders embrace and adopt digital change at scale and speed. As Digital Market Activation Manager, you’ll work across Wealth Value Streams, enabling teams and in‑market stakeholders to ensure new digital features land smoothly—fully governed, risk-aware and ready for customers. You’ll lead business readiness from early engagement through go‑to‑market, benefits realisation and handover into business-as-usual support, helping markets adopt change with minimal disruption and maximum impact. In this role you’ll: Partner with Global Digital Product Owners, Wealth Value Streams, regional IT and local Digital teams to embed digital change into markets effectively. Own business readiness activity for a portfolio of digital initiatives, including change impact assessment, communications, training, migration and implementation planning. Drive robust governance, working closely with risk stewards and in‑country regulatory teams to ensure compliant delivery and clear decision-making. Plan and execute go‑to‑market activity for feature releases, ensuring markets are equipped with procedures, MI, operational readiness and release approaches. Coordinate and support delivery of local training (e.g., contact centre and branch/network) to enable successful adoption of new features. Manage staff and customer pilot activity, track in‑market performance, and report on benefits realisation through to handover to market and digital teams. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Proven track record of working directly with markets/regions to deliver business readiness for digital change is essential (multi-market delivery experience preferred). Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to align teams with competing priorities. Excellent analytical, planning and governance capability, with a track record of identifying and mitigating risks/issues proactively. Demonstrated understanding of digital channels and customer considerations, including technical and marketplace impacts - essential Proven expertise in managing large scale communications (internal/external), operational impact assessment, training, migration and implementation planning - essential Strong experience in leading digital change/transformation initiatives – essential Private Banking or Wealth Management experience - desirable Opening up a world of opportunity.
