Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Executive (graduate role)
Salary: £28,860
Employment Type: Full time
Years of relevant experience: Graduate
Location: Camden, minimum 2 days a week in the office, 5 days during first month (training period)

What does being an Account Executive at ethix look like?
We’re looking for someone with an enthusiasm for digital marketing, data and doing good. You will help drive impact for your clients through Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with opportunities to work on other platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

- Planning, building and managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Analysing performance and implementing account optimisations
- Copywriting, providing creative feedback and ad briefs
- Developing paid social and search strategy
- Writing weekly and monthly reports
- Client relationship management
You will work under an Account Director, who will support your growth and be responsible for the client relationship and advertising strategy. You are not required to have any past experience in paid search or paid social and we will provide you with a full training programme to get you familiar with all the relevant platforms.
About you
The ideal candidate is:
- Someone who’s proactive and willing to get stuck in
- You love problem-solving and take pride in always going above and beyond
- You enjoy collaboration and are constantly looking for new ways to challenge yourself and grow
- You have a passion for social / environmental impact
Essential skills & experience:
- Confident with data analysis & handling large data sets
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
- Confident with communication & presentation skills
Bonus skills & experience:
- Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Knowledge of broader marketing strategy e.g. email, organic social, PR, SEO
- Experience with other marketing tools (Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
