Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Digital Marketing Account Manager to join an Austin-based agency at the forefront of the industry. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing the relationship from initial onboarding through ongoing optimization.
- Lead regular cadence calls, status updates, and reporting sessions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Partner with internal specialists to guide strategy, ensuring all work remains on track, in scope, and aligned with client KPIs.
- Monitor performance data to surface actionable insights and proactively identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Educate clients on digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and PPC, translating technical metrics into clear business value.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, targeting a minimum retention rate of 95% and NPS scores of 8+.
- Ensure project deadlines are met through exceptional organization and cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles.
- 1+ year of experience working specifically within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and Paid Media (PPC) fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager reporting.
- Proven ability to pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs independently.
- Experience navigating CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write with clarity and confidence.
- A dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet and the self-discipline to manage time effectively.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
