About The Role
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be a vital member of our Audience Engagement team, responsible for supporting affiliate marketing initiatives, driving Continuing Medical Education (CME) campaigns, and enhancing our digital presence across European, Middle Eastern, and Asia Pacific markets. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong foundation in campaign execution, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with internal teams and regional partners to develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. You will play a key role in expanding our reach into new regional markets, optimizing content for search engines and AI-driven environments, and ensuring campaigns align with regulatory standards and brand guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global healthcare digital platform, leveraging your skills to improve healthcare education and engagement worldwide.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries. Hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign automation, and analytics tools is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns across European markets, understanding localization, and developing multilingual content tailored to regional audiences. Expertise in website SEO, including on-page and off-page strategies, is required, along with familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Adobe Analytics. Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights are critical. Experience in healthcare professional marketing, healthcare communications, or pharma branding is advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required, and proficiency in an additional European language is a plus. Core competencies include excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate affiliate marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional partners, identifying opportunities to promote CME content through various marketing channels and expanding into new European regions.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing campaign execution from initial brief to launch, while considering localization and country-specific engagement nuances.
- Assist in creating and deploying newsletters and email marketing programs aimed at nurturing relationships, re-engaging members, and delivering region-specific, multilingual content tailored for diverse European audiences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, backlink building, and performance monitoring, utilizing tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Adobe Analytics.
- Support the organization’s initiatives in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), devising approaches to enhance content visibility within AI-driven search environments.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign and website performance metrics, and generate reports that provide insights and strategic recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including email production, analytics, compliance, and regional affiliates—to ensure timely, compliant, and on-brand campaign delivery.
