Company Description

Online Playgrounds, formerly Fenland Leisure Products, is an independent, family-owned company that has been designing, manufacturing, installing, and maintaining outdoor play and fitness equipment since 1992. The company is a leading independent parts supplier in the industry, providing spares for major playground brands. Online Playgrounds designs wooden playground equipment, fitness trails, and trim trails, and is the leading UK distributor of Ledon's maintenance-free steel play equipment. With an in-house design team and directly employed installation and maintenance team, the company ensures high-quality standards across all projects. Customers include councils, schools, the MOD, tourist attractions, and caravan parks, with services spanning design, installation, maintenance, and parts supply.

Role Description

Online Playgrounds are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our friendly marketing team. Working alongside our Marketing Specialist and Marketing & Creative Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for keeping our website up to date, supporting our digital marketing activity and ensuring our online presence provides an excellent experience for our customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the company website, including adding new products, amending existing pages and ensuring information is accurate
  • Testing website updates before they go live
  • Day to day communication with web management company
  • Ensuring products are easy to find through effective navigation and search
  • Suggesting improvements to the website to enhance the customer journey
  • Supporting the management of product information within Prospect Soft and Unleashed
  • Feefo data uploads
  • Maintaining our Google Business Profile
  • Creating and scheduling social media content
  • Updating company email signatures
  • Supporting GDPR compliance across digital marketing activities
  • Working closely with the marketing team on campaigns and projects
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and sharing ideas for continuous improvement

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, but is also happy to work independently, takes pride in producing accurate work and is keen to develop their digital marketing skills.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience managing website or e-commerce platforms (Magento experience would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage your workload effectively
  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • A good understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 3 days unpaid holiday can be taken from October - December
