Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to support our business growth and engagement activities. This is a flexible, part-time, remote role working from home (16–20 hours per week), ideal for someone with strong digital marketing and campaign management experience.

Duties

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and Google Ads.
  • Work from strategic marketing briefs targeting specific industries and topics.
  • Design and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns via our CRM system.
  • Develop and manage follow-up sequences for campaign responses.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns, including posts and engagement strategies.
  • Design and manage sequenced connection requests using Sales Robot (or similar tools).
  • Identify and build targeted prospect lists by industry, job title, and location.
  • Research and identify relevant contacts and organisations.
  • Source and verify email addresses for campaign use.
  • Maintain accurate and organised CRM data.

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g. Sales Robot or similar).
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow strategic direction.
  • Good organisational and research skills.
