About The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the optimisation of the Hillarys UK and Ireland websites. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, engaging content, supporting product launches, and driving continuous improvement across our digital platforms.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to improving website performance, enhancing user experience, and increasing conversion through data-led insights and structured optimisation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support website content updates, promotions, and product launches within the CMS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Assist with website optimisation and CRO (conversion rate optimisation) activity, including testing, QA, and reviewing performance
  • Produce daily and weekly website performance reports using analytics tools, highlighting insights, trends, and potential issues
  • Support promotional changeovers and onsite execution in collaboration with the design team
  • Maintain website content, inspiration sections, and seasonal updates to support SEO objectives
  • Work collaboratively with digital, marketing, content teams, and external agency partners to deliver website roadmap priorities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by using data to identify opportunities for enhancing performance and user experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills (GCSEs required)
  • An interest in data, analytics, and digital performance
  • Experience with Google Analytics and CMS platforms is advantageous (full training will be provided)
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to build relationships across teams
