Company Description
Toast PR & Marketing Studio is a creative marketing agency specialising in hospitality and lifestyle brands. We work with restaurants, pubs, bars, hotels and hospitality groups to help them grow through strategic digital marketing, creative content and data-driven campaigns.
Our team works closely with clients to build strong digital foundations, from websites and SEO to CRM, paid advertising and social media, ensuring every channel works together to drive awareness, bookings and long-term customer loyalty.
Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and analytically minded Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing activity across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across CRM, email marketing, paid advertising and website management, who enjoys working with data and helping brands grow their online performance. You will work closely with the wider digital and creative teams to deliver campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and conversions for hospitality and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM and website channels
- Assist with the planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns designed to drive traffic, engagement and conversions
- Work closely with the wider team to implement digital strategies across multiple client accounts
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results

CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Atreemo or similar
- Build and schedule newsletters, promotional campaigns and automated email journeys
- Maintain and segment email databases to improve targeting and engagement
- Analyse campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates and conversions
- Support the development of CRM strategies focused on customer retention and repeat visits
Paid Media Management
- Assist in the management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Support keyword research, audience targeting and ad creative development
- Monitor budgets, campaign performance and return on ad spend
- Produce performance reports and recommend optimisation opportunities
Website Management & SEO
- Support ongoing website management across CMS platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace or Webflow
- Upload and update website content including landing pages, events and campaign pages
- Assist with SEO initiatives including keyword research, metadata optimisation and on-page improvements
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports for clients
- Track and analyse website traffic, email engagement and campaign results
- Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and customer journeys
- Maintain organised documentation, reporting dashboards and campaign records

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a digital marketing role; hospitality experience desirable.
- Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace or Webflow.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident working with data and performance reporting.
