About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred, with a track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are key attributes for success in this role. Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in diversity and inclusion will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and continuously build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
