About Revolve Labs

Revolve Labs is a Cambridge-based company specialising in immersive virtual reality solutions for healthcare. We work exclusively with NHS organisations, pharmaceutical companies and medical technology businesses, creating innovative VR experiences that improve education, training and engagement.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident intern to support our business development and marketing activities during a busy period of growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across digital marketing, business development and healthcare technology. You will work closely with our commercial team, helping us generate new business opportunities, communicate with prospective clients and represent Revolve Labs at industry events.
This role would suit someone who enjoys communicating with people, is proactive, organised and keen to develop commercial skills within the healthcare technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research prospective clients within the NHS, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and other online resources.
  • Write personalised cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce Revolve Labs and arrange meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns and content preparation.
  • Support preparation for exhibitions, conferences and healthcare events.
  • Represent Revolve Labs at exhibition stands, welcoming visitors and initiating conversations with delegates.
  • Help organise marketing materials and event logistics.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks supporting the commercial team.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident speaking with professionals over the phone and in person.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online research tools.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Professional and confident manner.
