Digital Marketing Associate

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels while ensuring consistent brand messaging and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing digital content for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other online channels.
  • Supporting campaign planning, scheduling, and execution while monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting in developing promotional materials, coordinating product or service launches, and maintaining digital assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Conducting market research, monitoring competitor activities, analyzing customer behavior, and supporting search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule and meet organizational objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, online customer engagement, and marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and online advertising principles.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
