Role Description

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. This role collaborates with marketing, creative, product, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital campaigns across multiple online channels while ensuring consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing digital content for websites, email marketing, social media platforms, blogs, and other digital channels.
  • Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance.
  • Preparing reports that measure key performance indicators and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Supporting content publishing, campaign scheduling, audience segmentation, and promotional activities.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Contributing to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid advertising, content marketing, and social media engagement initiatives.
  • Conducting market research, monitoring competitor activities, analyzing customer behavior, and identifying emerging digital marketing trends.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing assets, support product launches, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Maintaining digital marketing calendars.
  • Supporting website updates.
  • Monitoring analytics dashboards.
  • Assisting with marketing automation activities.
  • Recommending process improvements based on campaign performance and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, online consumer behavior, and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising concepts.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging digital content and marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn emerging digital marketing technologies and industry trends.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Passion for digital marketing, innovation, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.
