About The Role
Join BT Business Marketing as a Digital Marketing Campaign Professional, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact B2B marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth across BT’s business customer base.
Working within a highly collaborative stakeholder environment, you'll coordinate campaigns that support small businesses through to large enterprise and government customers. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who understands the fundamentals of B2B marketing, knows how campaigns contribute to commercial outcomes, and can successfully bring together data, creative, technology, and stakeholder teams to achieve results.
You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns move seamlessly from briefing and planning through to execution, optimisation, reporting, and insight generation, helping BT deliver relevant, personalised customer experiences at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Effective end-to-end campaign management and stakeholder management.
- Ownership of data targeting and personalisation briefs.
- Identify test and learn hypothesis within campaign activities, use learnings to influence future campaigns across the team.
- Contribute to overall creative brief for integrated TTL marketing campaigns.
- Own creative brief for smaller scale Digital only marketing campaigns.
- Obtaining targeting and creative approvals from all required stakeholders.
- Responsible for performance reporting for all activity delivered through Marketo / AC.
- Working closely with Digital Marketing Automation squad members to understand the data and technology to drive best in class outcomes and ensure alignment to achieve collective campaign targets.

Essential Skills / Experience
- Experience working in a direct marketing role with an understanding of direct response marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals, including lead generation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, customer journeys, and campaign delivery.
- Good understanding of how Marketing Automation platforms work to understand what’s technically involved to build campaigns and journeys.
- Good understanding of demand management processes, resource capacity management and end-to-end processes for building and deploying campaigns.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Background in a hands-on marketing role rather than a purely analytical or reporting-focused position.
- Experience writing and managing creative briefs and campaign requirements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to translate campaign objectives into audience targeting and personalisation requirements.
- Experience using campaign performance data and insights to drive optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity contributes to business performance.
- Demonstrates an inquisitive and proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities or issues and develop effective solutions to drive continuous improvement and business performance.
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience working within telecommunications, technology, or related B2B sectors.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience of writing data targeting briefs to identify audiences for campaign activity.
- Experience of writing creative briefs and working with designers & copywriters to deliver on a creative vision.
- Experience using digital reporting tools (Adobe analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices (deliverability, channel strategies, creative execution etc).
