Digital Marketing & Campaigns Manager
Manchester (hybrid working with at least two days per week within our centre in Manchester)

We are now looking for a Digital Marketing & Campaigns Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As our Digital Marketing & Campaigns Manager, you will lead bold, audience-focused campaigns that inspire action, amplify LGBTQ+ voices and grow support for our life-changing work.
You will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing, communications and fundraising campaigns, using powerful storytelling to engage supporters, influence conversations and generate income.
Managing digital content across multiple channels, you will oversee website development, SEO/GEO optimisation, social media, email marketing and supporter journeys, using insight and analytics to continually improve performance.
You will manage and develop a small team, fostering a creative, collaborative and high-performing environment while working closely with colleagues, partners and community contributors to maximise impact.
Additionally, you will:
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement and conversion metrics
- Manage website content, analytics and Google Ad Grant activity
- Build relationships with internal teams, partners, volunteers and community contributors
- Support campaigns, Pride events, fundraising events and other engagement activities
- Provide reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making
About You
To be considered as our Digital Marketing & Campaigns Manager, you will need:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in marketing
- A minimum of three years’ experience managing, developing and supporting people
- Experience of engaging audiences to take tangible action to deepen engagement
- Previous supervisory or volunteer‑management experience
- Experience using digital platforms and major social media channels to engage audiences
- Proven project management experience in a fast‑paced environment
- An understanding of social media engagement, paid reach, digital trends, including responsible AI use, and creative design principles
- Familiarity with email CRMs, campaign evaluation, GA4, Google Ad Grants, GEO and SEO
- Knowledge of effective campaign development, storytelling, statistics and community testimonies
- An awareness of LGBTQ+ issues, health and wellbeing, and a commitment to equality and diversity
