About The Role
LGBT Foundation is a vibrant, values-driven charity delivering life-changing health and wellbeing services for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities. With a national reach and a proud history of impact, we champion equality, amplify community voices, and work to ensure LGBTQ+ people can thrive.
Our Fundraising & Marketing Team is a small, collaborative group dedicated to increasing the visibility, influence and sustainability of the charity. Through digital marketing, mobilisation journeys, impact storytelling, fundraising campaigns and brand-building, we connect supporters with our mission and grow the movement for LGBTQ+ health and equality.

Ideal for an Account Manager or Executive with agency experience, the Digital Marketing & Campaigns Manager plays a pivotal role in mobilising supporters, elevating our brand, and driving engagement across digital and offline channels. You will manage and develop a small team, creating a supportive, high-performing environment that enables excellent storytelling, marketing delivery and supporter mobilisation.
You will lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of impactful campaigns that spotlight community stories, influence public health conversations, and generate income to sustain our service. You will ensure high standards of quality and performance across digital touchpoints, including website management, SEO/GEO optimisation and the effective use of analytics to inform continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on, impactful and strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing teams, leading projects end-to-end, and is passionate about using digital marketing and communications to mobilise action and create meaningful change.
