About The Saint Group

The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain some work experience who wants to gain hands-on experience across marketing, branding, digital content and business development. You'll have the opportunity to influence our brand, help shape our online presence and contribute ideas that genuinely make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging graphics, videos and written content.
- Help develop campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor engagement and report on performance.
- Keep our marketing calendar organised.

Website
- Help build and maintain our website.
- Update content and create new pages.
- Ensure the website remains professional and user-friendly.
- Support SEO improvements and website analytics.
Brand Development
- Help develop our visual identity and marketing materials.
- Produce presentations, brochures and promotional documents.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Business Growth
- Research potential clients and industries.
- Support marketing campaigns and events.
- Help prepare proposals and client presentations.
- Identify opportunities to promote The Saint Group.
General Support
- Assist with administrative tasks relating to marketing projects.
- Bring new ideas and keep up to date with marketing trends.
- Work closely with the founders to help build the business.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has recently graduated, or has some experience in marketing, communications or a related subject.
- Is creative and enjoys producing digital content.
- Has excellent written communication skills.
- Is confident using Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Has experience with social media platforms.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Is proactive and enjoys solving problems.
- Wants to be part of building a growing business.
