Digital Marketing Coordinator
Location: London
Employment Type: Permanent role
Salary: £45,000-55,000
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support a leading international law firm's Business Development team. This hybrid role combines digital marketing, marketing technology, CRM management, website administration, and event support, making it ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong technical and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing campaigns across email, website, webinars, podcasts, and video content.
- Manage the technical delivery of marketing events, including registrations, invitations, reporting, and platform integration.
- Maintain CRM databases, distribution lists, and marketing data to support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate electronic communications, ensuring quality control and brand consistency.
- Update website and extranet content while applying SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot marketing technology platforms and collaborate with internal teams on digital projects.

Key Experience & Skills
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or InterAction.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Vuture) and webinar tools (Zoom, ON24).
- Basic HTML knowledge and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
