Crest Nicholson is currently looking for two Digital Marketing Coordinators to join their team.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the online presence and digital engagement of our brand, supporting our premium positioning as a leading UK housebuilder. This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of high-impact digital marketing initiatives that communicate the unique value of our homes and developments across multiple digital channels.

Working closely with the Head of Digital, the coordinator will contribute to the planning, creation, and optimisation of digital content and campaigns—including website updates, email marketing, SEO, and property portal listings. The aim is to drive lead generation, improve customer experience, and reinforce our reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.

This role supports both head office and divisional sales teams, ensuring digital content is aligned with brand messaging, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time. The successful candidate will help shape the customer journey online, using data-driven insights to improve performance and engagement across all digital touchpoints.

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the Group Marketing team, reporting to the Group Head of Digital. • Monitor and optimise ensuring alignment with KPIs
  • Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content updates
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual standards across all digital channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
