Digital Marketing Coordinator

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Physical Company Ltd., The Works, Stokenchurch, Bucks, HP14 3RR Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 (pro rata for part-time) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time/Part-Time Department: Marketing Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (largely office-based, with occasional travel to customers and events)

The Role

We’re seeking a creative, enthusiastic, hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on social media to join our small but ambitious marketing team.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in: ✔ Raising our online presence ✔ Boosting brand awareness ✔ Supporting lead generation across multiple channels

This varied role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll need to be: 🔹 Adaptable & proactive 🔹 Willing to assist across diverse marketing activities 🔹 Comfortable travelling to customer sites and industry events (full UK driver’s licence required)

Primarily based in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, UK, with occasional UK-wide travel.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging content across:
    • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
  • Plan and execute content calendars to drive:
    • Brand awareness
    • Customer engagement
    • Lead generation
  • Produce multimedia content including:
    • Short-form videos (reels)
    • Social posts and graphics
    • Product-focused content
    • Customer success stories & case studies
  • Visit customer sites to:
    • Capture content
    • Film video testimonials
    • Create promotional & product videos
  • Analyse social media performance and suggest improvement strategies
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media tools & platforms

Email Marketing

  • Assist with design, development, and campaign execution
  • Create engaging email content for:
    • Customer acquisition
    • Retention & engagement
  • Manage & optimise automated email workflows
  • Monitor & refine campaigns based on performance data

Website & Digital Content

  • Update website content (text, imagery, blogs, downloadable assets)
  • Manage CMS platforms (e.g., Magento)
  • Support landing page creation & optimisation
  • Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines

General Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to:
    • Support marketing initiatives & campaigns
  • Assist the Senior Designer with:
    • Marketing materials for the sales team
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to gather content
  • Contribute to product launches, events, and promotions
  • Generate ideas to strengthen the Physical brand & enhance customer experience

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience managing & growing social media platforms for a business
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior customer-facing or sales experience with confidence to:
    • Engage professionally with customers
    • Represent the Physical brand
  • Proactive, flexible, and positive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a small-team environment
  • Skills to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Good photography & video skills (professional camera experience not required)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Desirable

  • Knowledge of campaign management tools
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Expertise in:
    • Copywriting
    • Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with:
    • Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo)
    • CMS platforms (Magento)
  • Interest in the fitness, health, or sports industries
