Position Overview

This Digital Marketing Coordinator role focuses on planning, executing, and optimising sectioned digital marketing efforts globally, including: 🔹 Paid Media (PPC, paid social) 🔹 SEO (training, keyword research, technical optimisations) 🔹 Content Marketing (multi-channel, on-page, asset development) 🔹 Email & Social Marketing 🔹 Performance Analytics & Reporting

You’ll report to the Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist, gaining hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing, omnichannel campaigns, and international SEO.

Team Type: Fast-paced, result-driven, mission-focused.

Location: Remote (with a preference for applicants based in the London area).


What You Will Do

Campaign & Channel Execution

  • Assist in planning out/coordinating integrated digital campaigns across:
    • PPC (Google Ads/Bing Ads)
    • SEO (content, technical audit)
    • Social Media (LinkedIn*, Meta***, etc.)
    • Email & CRM Marketing
  • Support co-ordination of deliverables and reporting structures.

Paid Media & Advertising

  • Setup, optimise, and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Ads/Bing Ads).
  • Aid in execution and performance reviews of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop, test, and refine high-converting PPC landing pages to improve lead-entry/conversion rates.

SEO & Discovery

  • Regular website audits (via Screaming Frog, SE Ranking) to identify and resolve SEO issues.

  • Assist in keyword research and creation of SEO-aligned content strategies.

  • Support link-building initiatives for higher domain authority.

  • Optimise on-page SEO: metadata, internal links, structured content; Improve website pages and technical SEO.

  • Ensure keyword research feeds into organic strategy, brand-driven content, and campaign copywriters.

Multi-Platform Content Creation

  • Write and optimise high-quality content (text, copy, or visual assets) for broad digital marketing distribution.
  • Craft social media ad copy, email marketing template content, PPC ad copy, and resource content.
  • Create or coordinate basic multimedia assets (e.g., infographics, Instagram/TikTok-friendly graphics) under brand guidelines.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Assist with setup & use of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager for advanced campaign tracking (UTM tagging, funnel optimisation).
  • Generate, track, and report on campaign metrics/channel performance.
  • Embed performance insights into daily Digital Marketing planning and suggest optimisations.
  • Aid in competitive analysis and future opportunity identification.

Requirements

Skills & Level of Experience: Mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBO+/HBO) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3+ years in digital marketing roles.
  • 2+ years of specific experience in SEO &/or PPC (in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences is a plus).
  • Familiarity with:
    • Google Ads/Google Analytics 4
    • Paid social platforms (Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO toolsets (SE Ranking, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
  • CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Sitecore, Optimizely) and debugging.
  • Ability with basic graphical tools (graphics, slide assets, e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud). No need for web development.

  • Experience in B2B marketing for life-sciences, diagnostics, breaking data/analytics, or medical/pharma industries.
  • Marketing Automations knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD or Figma for designing customer-facing digital journeys.
  • Passion for healthcare or medical innovation.
