About Us

Forth Resource Management powers Caledonian Horticulture, a peat-free compost and soil improvement company based in Scotland. We transform recycled green waste into high-quality gardening products while championing sustainability through the circular economy.

Our One Planet Pledge drives action—fuel offsetting, tree planting, and tackling plastic pollution through initiatives like The Scottish Coastal Clean Up. In 2025, we proudly produced Shaping Our Shores, a documentary celebrating coastal protection efforts.

Since 2002, we’ve grown from a single site to a regional leader, blending innovation, quality, and environmental integrity.

The Role

We’re expanding Caledonian Horticulture’s marketing for 2026–2027, seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to craft engaging content across digital channels.

Key focus areas: ✔ Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) – campaigns, branding, community growth ✔ Newsletter & email marketing – news, promotions, list segmentation ✔ Content strategy – blog posts, SEO, on-brand assets ✔ Collaboration – align with Head of Marketing and Sales & Marketing Assistant

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
