Nurtur Ltd is a diverse group of businesses brought together based on holistically delivering maximum potential growth to Estate and Letting Agents.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Copywriter who can write high-performing copy that helps estate agents generate measurable return on investment through our marketing system. You’ll be responsible for creating content that drives enquiries, listings, valuations, and long-term engagement for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how persuasive, well-timed email copy directly impacts revenue and can translate marketing strategy into results-driven messaging for estate agents.Key Responsibilities

Write conversion-focused email copy designed specifically for estate agents and their audiences (buyers, sellers, landlords, and vendors) Create and refine email templates and campaigns that drive measurable ROI, such as valuation requests, enquiries, and appointments Adapt messaging to different stages of the property journey (e.g. selling, buying, letting, nurturing long-term prospects) Translate product features and data insights into clear, benefit-led messaging for estate agent customers Work closely with marketing, product, and customer teams to ensure email content aligns with best-practice strategy and customer outcomes Optimise subject lines, previews, CTAs, and body copy to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions Review and improve existing customer email campaigns based on performance data Ensure all copy is compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and industry standards

Requirements

Proven experience writing marketing or email copy with a focus on conversion and performance Strong understanding of how email marketing drives ROI Ability to write persuasive, clear copy for non-marketing audiences (e.g. estate agents) Excellent attention to detail and editing skills Confidence working with data, feedback, and performance metrics to refine copy Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
