Marketing and Ecommerce Executive (Content + Partnerships)

About Impact Beauty Group
Impact Beauty Group is a London-based company that specializes in bringing to market and accelerating mission-driven beauty and wellness brands across the UK and EU. Within our portfolio of brands and clients, Manifesto Nutrition is a wellness start-up owned by Impact Beauty Group and for which we are looking for a creative, analytical, ambitious Marketing and Ecommerce Executive.
You’ll play a hands-on role in running our DTC channel as well as support the growth of our brand with content creation, growth ideas, email marketing.
This position is perfect for someone who is obsessed with beauty + wellness, loves storytelling, understands growth and social algorithms, and is excited to grow in a fast-paced founder-led environment.
What You’ll Do
Content & Social Media
- Create, edit, and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
- Design visuals using Canva (stories, posts, simple graphics, brand templates)
- Plan & schedule content using Instagram planning tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Suite)
- Stay on top of trends in beauty, wellness, TikTok, Reels, UGC, and cultural moments
- Test and experiment with new formats, hooks, and storytelling angles
Creative Brand Growth
- Develop scrappy, low-budget marketing ideas (guerrilla marketing, partnerships, micro-influencers)
- Assist with influencer outreach and community engagement
- Brainstorm ways to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Identify other brands / creators for partnerships and lead discussions & execution
- Conduct light competitor and trend research

E-Commerce, Paid Ads Management & Digital Tools
- Work closely with advertising agency to help create content for ads
- Manage affiliate programs, campaign delivery, performance marketing
- Make updates to Shopify pages (product, homepage, images, copy) for promotions and NPD
- Support with TikTok Shop listing uploads, product setup, and content linking
- Use Figma for moodboards, wireframes, or simple layout tweaks (no advanced design required)
Email Marketing
- Create simple, high-impact email campaigns and flows (Klaviyo / Shopify Email or similar)
- Assist in writing copy for campaigns, promos, and product storytelling
- Track performance and recommend optimizations
Analytics
- Track engagement, reach, conversions, and identify top-performing content
- Use learnings to refine creative strategy
- Report insights weekly to the founder
Who You Are
- A beauty & wellness enthusiast who understands the culture, trends, and community
- Naturally creative AND analytical — you love making content and understanding why it performs
- Skilled with:
- Canva
- Instagram planning & scheduling tools
- Short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo or similar)
- Shopify (basic edits + product listings)
- TikTok Shop setup & listings (ideal, not required)
- Figma (basic familiarity)
- Excellent at writing punchy copy for social + email
- A resourceful problem-solver who thrives in scrappy, fast-paced environments
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to grow with the brand
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset

Nice to Have
- Experience managing influencer gifting or outreach
- Knowledge of SEO basics
- Comfort with basic photo/video production
- A portfolio (even informal/personal) demonstrating your content style
- Appreciate additional experience in Amazon, Meta, GA4, CRM, SEO, Hotjar, Semrush
