Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, imaginative and commercially-minded Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of Lynx Golf’s digital presence across the UK and USA. This is a high-impact, varied role where you will blend strategic planning with ecommerce management, digital marketing, website optimisation, paid advertising, graphic design and content creation hands-on delivery, working closely with senior management to drive growth and elevate the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Shopify Management
- Manage and maintain Shopify websites for the UK and USA markets.
- Build and customise e-commerce platform pages using Liquid, HTML, and CSS while optimising for UX and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Develop new landing pages and improve existing and design new promotional pages as and when needed.
- Manage product listings, collections, navigation and merchandising.
- Optimise website performance, speed and SEO.
- Implement new Shopify apps and integration.
- Troubleshoot and correct website issues.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns to drive revenue across all channels including Facebook, Instagram etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS and develop multi-channel traffic-driving strategies.
- Oversee the production of reports and insights using Google Analytics and advertising platforms.

Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse customer behaviour and site performance using Google Analytics 4.
- Monitor conversion rates and customer behaviour.
- Produce regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Track campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Use data to identify opportunities for website and marketing improvements.
Graphic Design & Creative
- Design digital assets for ecommerce, email marketing and social media.
- Produce marketing materials including POS, brochures and product guides.
- Design packaging and product graphics.
- Create assets for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Content & Social Media
- Plan and manage content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate photography and video content.
- Produce engaging creative for paid and organic campaigns.
- Assist with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Product Launches & Marketing Campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches.
- Create launch assets across digital, print and retail.
- Coordinate marketing activity across multiple channels.
- Work closely with trade sales to support retailers with marketing collateral.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and support a small in-house marketing team consisting of a Junior Creative and Junior Data Analyst.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate workloads to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring and feedback to support the professional development of junior team members.
- Work collaboratively across the team, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery while ensuring resources are effectively utilised.
- Review and approve creative work, website updates and marketing activity before publication.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Additional Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain digital asset libraries.
- Support wider marketing initiatives as required.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
- Proven experience with Shopify, Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), InDesign, and video editing.
- Experience with Digital Marketing Strategy, PPC and email marketing.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a self-motivated attitude.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to see big-picture.
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects at the same time, and with a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
Desirable Skills
- Background in the golf or sporting goods industry.
- Experience within golf or sporting goods.
- Basic JavaScript.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practice.
- Understanding of ecommerce merchandising.
- DSLR camera skills and experience with AI marketing tools.
