About The Role
The Digital Marketing Executive role at MCS Group offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading construction company based in County Tyrone. This hybrid position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and content creation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize digital campaigns, develop compelling content, and support paid media initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. You will play a vital part in enhancing the company's online presence and driving engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications roles. A strong command of written communication and content creation is essential, along with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Confidence in stakeholder management and relationship-building is crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard marketing tools is required, while familiarity with content management systems, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms will be advantageous. A relevant marketing qualification or degree is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality written content for websites, email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Proofread and edit content meticulously to maintain consistency, accuracy, and a professional tone across all channels.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, monitoring their performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information, develop marketing assets, and deliver projects efficiently.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously while maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Leverage data insights and analytics to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement and audience engagement, continually refining strategies for better results.
