This role will be responsible for managing our fastest growing channels including the website, in-restaurant kiosks, CRM & app.

Core Responsibilities

  • Management of the itsu website content: The lead on creating dynamic content and managing updates across the itsu & 3rd party digital platforms including Google, website & app in line with campaigns & projects.
  • Menu launches: Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to coordinate and implement seasonal menu launches across digital touchpoints including kiosk, website & app.
  • Continuous improvement on our in-restaurant kiosks ordering screens: Staying restless and on the pulse for opportunities to create a seamless customer journey. Competitor and shop visits are a vital part of this.
  • SEO: Implementation of search engine marketing strategy, optimising performance, updating products and creating compelling blog posts.
  • Performance marketing: Support CRM manager to set-up tactical CRM campaigns.
  • Key day-to-day contact for our agencies and internal teams

This is You

  • 2 years' experience in a digital role, either in house or agency side, preferably for hospitality, retail, or FMCG brand
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a flair for copywriting.
  • An agile self-starter, with the ability to take initiative & work autonomously to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in search engine marketing & email marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal & teamwork skills
  • The passion to deliver excellent results & grow within the business
  • The desire to drive innovation through digital & technological advancements to ensure itsu are ahead of the game.
