Are you a creative digital marketer who enjoys telling stories through content and social media?

We're partnering with a leading FMCG retailer looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital presence of an internationally recognised business, creating engaging content, managing social channels and bringing campaigns to life across multiple brands.

If you're passionate about content creation, enjoy spotting the latest digital trends and want a role where no two days look the same, this could be the perfect next step.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll help drive the company's digital presence by creating engaging content, growing online audiences and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of the company's social media presence, creating engaging campaigns and content that build brand awareness, grow online communities and support wider commercial objectives.
  • Planning, capturing and producing a mix of photography, video and digital content, working with colleagues across the business to showcase products, people and behind-the-scenes activity in a creative way.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and using insight to continually refine content, increase engagement and maximise reach.
  • Creating a range of marketing assets for digital campaigns and business initiatives while maintaining an organised library of creative content and ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging digital trends, new platforms and AI tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team and supporting wider marketing projects as the business continues to evolve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
