Digital Marketing Executive – Fixed Term Contract
We are excited to welcome a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our digital marketing strategy on a fixed-term basis.
Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing campaigns, optimising performance, and enhancing the customer journey.
This is a hands-on role combining project delivery with daily digital operations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Website updates and management
- Building, testing, and deploying email campaigns
- Analysing performance data
- Producing actionable reports
- Collaborating with external agencies on SEO implementation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
The ideal candidate will:
- Manage multiple priorities effectively
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be data-driven and passionate about informed decision-making
Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, and testing platforms is essential.
Job Type
- Fixed-term contract for 12 months
- Primarily Dereham-based, with flexibility for home working
- Occasional UK travel may be required

Website & Content Management
- Manage and update company websites, including content and eCommerce areas
- Collaborate on Product Information Management (PIM) systems
- Work with agencies and developers on front- and back-end website improvements
- Optimise the website customer journey and user experience to boost engagement and conversions
SEO & Digital Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to support SEO and geo-targeting strategies
Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Insights
- Develop data-driven reports to track performance, measure success, and drive conversion and engagement improvements
- Analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement
Email Marketing & Automation
- Manage the email marketing calendar and lifecycle journeys
- Build, test, deploy, and report on campaigns
- Provide optimisation recommendations
Ensuring Accuracy & Consistency
- Maintain cross-platform accuracy and consistency across digital platforms and metrics
Lead Generation & Campaign Delivery
- Support digital projects and campaigns focused on lead generation and increasing marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)

Essential Requirements
✔ Experience with:
- CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, basic HTML skills)
- Email marketing tools
- Testing/CRO platforms ✔ Google Analytics knowledge ✔ Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desirable but Advantageous
✅ Knowledge of:
- Sitecore, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Salesforce
- Basic HTML coding ✅ Marketing background or relevant qualification
