Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Responsible to: Marketing Manager
Location: Doncaster (On-Site/Hybrid options)
Position Type: Full Time
About the Role
Are you a proactive digital marketer who loves bringing brands to life online, running engaging social channels, and taking full ownership of day-to-day campaigns?
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will step up as the owner of our day-to-day digital engine. While our Marketing Manager focuses on high-level strategic growth and large-scale B2B opportunities, you will run the show across our day-to-day digital channels—driving content creation, social media engagement, email marketing, and overall campaign execution.
You won’t have to do it all alone, either. You’ll be supported by a talented network of specialist freelancers (for graphic design, copywriting, and technical SEO), giving you the creative freedom and execution support to roll out dynamic, high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & E-Commerce Operations
- Site Ownership: Oversee day-to-day website updates, ensuring product listings, technical data sheets, collections, and pricing structures are current and customer-ready.
- UX & Merchandising: Monitor the online customer journey, set up smart up-sells/cross-sells, and work to streamline the checkout experience.
- App & Integration Monitoring: Help ensure our e-commerce apps and platform integrations run smoothly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
