Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join the Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, you will take ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns, helping to drive efficient growth across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day campaign execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates
- Optimise performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS and efficiency
- Work closely with agency partners to deliver campaigns aligned to targets
- Support budget tracking and performance analysis
- Deliver regular reporting with clear insights and actions
- Support the briefing process for new campaigns, ensuring briefs are accurately implemented across platforms and partners
- Coordinate campaign assets across internal teams and agencies, ensuring correct formats, specifications, and deadlines are met
- Manage campaign setup and QA processes, ensuring all elements (creative, tracking, budgets, targeting) are correctly implemented
- Work closely with agency partners to execute campaign builds and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor campaign launch readiness and ensure all campaigns go live on time and as planned, flagging any risks or issues early
- Support testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Ensure accurate tracking and campaign QA across all platforms
- Collaborate with CRM and Ecommerce teams to align campaigns to trading priorities

- 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Experience working with agencies or multiple stakeholders
- Commercial understanding of ecommerce KPIs
