What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and run paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X and Google Ads.
  • Keep a close daily view of live campaign performance, making optimisation decisions based on agreed KPIs and media plan targets.
  • Share practical recommendations and performance observations with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Put creative and audience test plans into action, then summarise the outcomes and key learnings.
  • Research audience opportunities by platform, helping identify where and how to reach the priority groups defined in launch plans.
  • Manage retargeting audiences across advertising platforms, partnering with the compliance team to keep all data use aligned with GDPR requirements.
  • Create clear, effective ad copy tailored to the tone and personality of each brand.
  • Gather monthly performance and finance information, raise purchase orders and coordinate with Finance to meet submission deadlines.
  • Help brief creative requirements into Creative Services, checking assets meet specifications and supporting delivery to advertising partners when needed.
  • Review competitor launch activity to surface useful examples, category trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track relevant platform updates that could influence campaign setup, billing processes or creative requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
