Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Leeds City Centre Salary: Up to £35k + benefits

We're recruiting a new role for this manufacturer of luxury fabrics and textiles for the home interiors and fashion markets. This is a broad and varied digital marketing role within a well-established business, reporting to the Marketing Manager. You'll take day-to-day ownership of the company website, email marketing, SEO, digital content, and marketing analytics, with the goal of driving customer engagement, lead generation, and brand growth across digital channels. You'll also be involved in photo shoots, product development and brand meetings. As a small team, being able to work across a variety of projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running and development of the company website, keeping content accurate, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Deliver email marketing activity, including automated customer journeys and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Implement SEO activity to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Create, manage, and optimise digital content, website copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor digital performance and produce regular reports covering website, social, and email channels.
  • Work with external digital suppliers and agencies including web development, SEO, and CRM partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience or interest in the interiors, textiles, luxury goods, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing including website management, CRM, and email marketing using Shopify, Intact, and Mailchimp or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, website optimisation, and digital content management; GA4 experience preferred.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, with Pinterest and Instagram knowledge a priority.
  • Working knowledge of UK GDPR and PECR as they apply to email marketing and customer data.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
