We’re on a mission to make migration easy.
We started building Marshmallow in 2017. Since then, we’ve grown from 3 to 700+ people, gained unicorn status, raised ~£140M over three funding rounds, turned profitable, insured millions of drivers and lent millions in car loans.
But we’re only just getting started. Our goal is to become one of the largest financial services providers in the world. Over the next 10 years we’ll grow exponentially, not only by scaling our existing products, but also by building new ones.
To achieve our goals we need incredibly ambitious, commercially driven people who never settle for ‘good enough’. Marshmallowers are hungry for autonomy and ownership, and would rather improve than coast. Everyone raises standards and has an impact, with a focus on collective success over self-interest.
We’ve created an environment where curious, tenacious people win and grow together. If that sounds motivating, this could be the place for you.
The Marketing Team
Our Marketing team is at the centre of how a fast-growing tech brand shows up in the world. We turn strategy into output that reaches people and performs - across email, social, partnerships, and the website. We're a small, fast-moving team that uses AI as a default, not an afterthought, so we can move faster, automate the manual, and spend our time on the work that actually moves the needle.
As Marketing Executive, you'll work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager and have real visibility across the full marketing operation. You'll own key partner relationships, build and ship campaigns across our owned channels, and keep our performance reporting sharp and current. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, delivers to a high standard, and is accountable for their results.
What you'll be doing
- Partner, Influencer & Affiliate Coordination: Own the day-to-day management of our Bronze and Silver tier affiliates and influencers - tracking performance weekly, keeping the partner tracker current, and flagging anything that moves. You'll coordinate onboarding, briefing, and deliverables, prepare materials to support contract negotiations, and help spot new partnership opportunities.
- Owned Channel Execution: Build and deploy email campaigns in Braze - copy, design, segmentation, scheduling, and QA. Own the organic social content calendar, creating educational and entertaining assets for our customers. Build campaign assets in Figma using our brand templates, and support content production for the website and SEO alongside our growth function.
- Campaign Delivery: Coordinate campaign workstreams and timelines across stakeholders, maintain campaign trackers, QA all outgoing materials before launch, and pull post-campaign data to share reports and learnings with the team.
- Performance Reporting & AI Tooling: Build and maintain AI-assisted reporting workflows, automating wherever possible across email, social, and affiliate dashboards. Own our weekly performance dashboards and flag underperformance or anomalies before being asked.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
