About Joseph Joseph

At Joseph Joseph, we are driven by a simple yet powerful belief — that intelligent design has the ability to transform everyday living. We create distinctive, thoughtfully engineered products that not only solve real-world problems but also bring joy, beauty, and functionality to daily life.

Headquartered in London, we have grown into one of the world’s most admired houseware brands, with a presence in over 100 countries and partnerships with leading department stores, independent retailers, and a rapidly expanding e-commerce business.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join the Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, you will take ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns, helping to drive efficient growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day campaign execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates
  • Optimise performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS and efficiency
  • Work closely with agency partners to deliver campaigns aligned to targets
  • Support budget tracking and performance analysis
  • Deliver regular reporting with clear insights and actions
  • Support the briefing process for new campaigns, ensuring briefs are accurately implemented across platforms and partners
  • Coordinate campaign assets across internal teams and agencies, ensuring correct formats, specifications, and deadlines are met
  • Manage campaign setup and QA processes, ensuring all elements (creative, tracking, budgets, targeting) are correctly implemented
  • Work closely with agency partners to execute campaign builds and ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor campaign launch readiness and ensure all campaigns go live on time and as planned, flagging any risks or issues early
  • Support testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
  • Ensure accurate tracking and campaign QA across all platforms
  • Collaborate with CRM and Ecommerce teams to align campaigns to trading priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
