The Role: Digital Marketing Executive
We're looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing Executive to support across Paid Media, CRM, and Ecommerce. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this is a brilliant role for a creative individual to build experience in a range of digital marketing disciplines and make an impression in a small collaborative marketing team.
CRM & Lifecycle
- Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Direct Mail
- Support the creation and optimisation of automated customer journeys
- Help maintain audience segmentation and personalisation initiatives
- Support the coordination of loyalty programme communications

Ecommerce
- Support our Assistant Ecommerce Manager with the day-to-day running of our website, including:
- Merchandising
- Product cataloguing and uploading
- SEO optimisations and content writing
Paid Media
- Support the day-to-day management of Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Assist with campaign setup, including:
- Work with creative teams to coordinate campaign assets
- Campaign budgeting, tracking, and reporting
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce regular performance reports
- Track KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CPA, CVR)
- Turn insights into actionable recommendations
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years in performance/digital marketing (ideally retail)
- Hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
- CRM and lifecycle marketing experience (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot)
- Eagerness to learn and develop within digital marketing
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
