The Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life across global markets. You’ll build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, gaining exposure to performance marketing at a global scale.
Working within the Global Marketing Centre of Excellence, this is a truly international role where you’ll collaborate across multiple markets, including the UK and US. You’ll analyse performance, test and learn through A/B experiments, and continuously optimise results across key metrics like CPC, CPA and ROAS. You’ll stay close to emerging trends, new formats and platform updates, keeping our campaigns fresh, relevant and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree or comparable level qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, Analytics or similar related field
- 1-2 year in a digital or marketing role, and ready to take that next step
- A passion for all things digital, with curiosity for how campaigns perform and how to make them better
- Hands-on exposure to paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), even if you’re still building confidence
- A good feel for performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS), or a strong drive to learn quickly
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns or projects at once, and enjoy a fast-moving environment
- Curious and proactive, you take ownership and look for solutions
- A great communicator who enjoys working with global teams and building relationships
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Confident using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe, Photoshop

Nice To Have
