Digital Marketing Executive (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Help Shape the Digital Success of Two Iconic Jewellery Brands
Hybrid role working 2 days a week from our office in Croxley, Watford.

We're looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Performance Marketing team on a fixed-term contract during a key trading period. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of digital marketing channels, helping to deliver campaigns that drive customer acquisition, online growth and commercial performance across both brands.
What does the role involve?
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital marketing activity across multiple channels. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, Ecommerce, Brand and Commercial teams, you'll help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and achieve strong results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of supplier-funded digital marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with paid social activity across H. Samuel and Ernest Jones.
- Helping manage affiliate partnerships and monitor channel performance.
- Coordinating PPC activity with internal teams and agency partners.
- Assisting with budget tracking, forecasting and purchase order management.
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports and insights.
- Supporting major trading events, seasonal campaigns and key commercial initiatives.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their skills across performance marketing channels.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience supporting or delivering digital marketing campaigns in a retail, ecommerce or agency environment.
- Knowledge of paid social marketing channels.
- Exposure to affiliate marketing and performance marketing activities.
- A basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing principles.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- An analytical mindset with confidence working with data and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.
