Role and Responsibilities:
As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, enquiries and sales opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive marketer who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with sales, operations and senior stakeholders to ensure marketing activity delivers measurable business results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, manage and deliver end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content across social media, email marketing, websites and digital advertising channels
- Manage and grow Hydraquip's social media presence across multiple platforms
- Develop and execute organic and paid campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic search performance
- Assist with PPC campaigns and ongoing campaign optimisation
- Manage website content updates and landing page creation
- Produce marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Create compelling digital assets including graphics, advertisements, presentations, brochures and marketing materials
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting and insights
- Work with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives
- Support product launches, exhibitions, branch openings and company events
- Capture and create photography and video content where required
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints

Essential Experience
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing or marketing executive role
- Experience managing campaigns from planning through to execution, optimisation and reporting
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including: SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and Website Management
- Strong understanding of lead generation and campaign performance measurement
- Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console or similar reporting platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience using Canva to create digital and print marketing assets
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with a focus on generating measurable business outcomes

Desirable Experience
- Experience within a B2B, industrial, engineering or technical environment
- Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce or other CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Photography and videography experience
- Basic video editing capabilities
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Experience managing Google Ads or LinkedIn advertising campaigns
