Digital Marketing Executive | Knutsford (Hybrid) | £35,000 DOE + Bonus

Marketing plays an increasingly important role in supporting commercial growth, making this an exciting opportunity to join a business where your ideas and contribution will have a genuine impact.
Working closely with an experienced Head of Marketing, you'll join a collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of projects and contribute across a wide range of digital marketing activity.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, helping to drive brand awareness, website performance and lead generation.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work across website management, SEO, CRM, content creation, email marketing and paid media. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop their digital marketing expertise within a growing business.
What You'll Do
- Support digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email and social media.
- Manage website content, blogs and product updates.
- Improve website performance and user experience.
- Support SEO activity to increase organic visibility.
- Assist with paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
- Build and manage email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Create engaging content for the website, email and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider business on new initiatives.
About You
- 3+ years' experience within digital marketing.
- Broad understanding of SEO, PPC, CRM, email marketing and social media.
- Experience using a CMS, ideally WordPress.
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
- Proactive, organised and eager to contribute new ideas.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to the office location.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography or videography would be beneficial.
