We’re hiring. Could you – or anyone you know – be interested?
We are looking for bright and driven people to join our Digital Marketing team.
We want someone who can manage email campaigns and web content but is also really interested in growing and helping the company grow: get more leads, convert more leads to clients, improve the experience on our website.
About Wealth Club
Wealth Club is an investment platform that allows people to invest in start-ups and private companies.
We started 10 years ago and now have over 14,000 clients, who have invested more than £1.9 billion through us. Digital marketing is largely what’s got us here and what will help us continue to grow.
Whether you work for an agency or client-side, if you have some experience in digital marketing, are ambitious and want to join a really entrepreneurial and already successful company, please get in touch.
What experience are we looking for?
We deal with people’s money – often large amounts. Our emails currently go to c.50,000 members. Last month, 49,000 people visited our website – a total of 65,188 sessions. We cannot afford to get even the smallest of things wrong: all the content we produce needs to be accurate, up to date and well presented. So, you’ll need a reasonable amount of email marketing experience – a track record using Mailchimp or similar platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You should also know your way around a CMS and be comfortable building and updating web pages, tables etc. so HTML/CSS skills will be really helpful. We’re not expecting a developer. Just a marketer who can get their hands dirty with e.g. table markup, layout etc. as required.
Experience with any of the following would be a bonus but by no means necessary:
- Video – editing and/or promotion
- Social media
- PPC
- SEO
- Any type of lead generation (we are constantly looking to get more leads)
- Any type of design experience
What's in it for you
Marketing is at the core of what we do. We have an entrepreneurial culture: we really want everyone to succeed and help you do so. If you are instrumental to the company’s growth, you’ll be rewarded handsomely.

Important
We all work from our office in Clifton, Bristol. Nobody works remotely. We find Teams, Zoom, Slack or whatever other clever collaboration tool are no substitute for being able to walk to someone’s desk or bounce ideas off each other whilst waiting for the kettle to boil. This works for us. Please don’t apply if you don’t think it will work for you.
How to apply
Please email marta@wealthclub.co.uk, explaining why you think you could be what we are looking for. Don’t forget to include your CV and any examples of work you think might be relevant.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
