Culina Group are a market leading ambient and chilled food & drink 3PL specialist, providing warehouse and distribution alongside fresh, food manufacturing, co-packing and bonded divisions. Working in partnership with some of the biggest household names in the food and drink sector.
With over 20 million square feet of warehousing spread across 100+ depots, we employ in excess of 22,000 people to ensure that our 2.2 million deliveries reach the correct location. Our extensive network enables us to provide a comprehensive supply chain management service covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.
Job Description
We're looking for a creative and driven Digital Content Executive to help bring the Culina to life across our digital channels.
Working as part of the Marketing & Communications team, you'll create engaging content that showcases our services, people, customer solutions and culture. From social media campaigns and website updates to video content and colleague stories, you'll play a key role in strengthening our brand and growing our digital presence.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging content for social media, websites and the intranet
- Planning and scheduling content that supports business priorities and campaigns
- Producing digital assets including graphics, reels, short-form videos and animations
- Supporting campaigns that promote our services, expertise and employer brand
- Working with teams across the business to uncover and share compelling stories
- Managing website content and ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
- Monitoring digital performance and using insights to improve content effectiveness
- Identifying new opportunities to increase engagement, reach and brand awareness
- Keeping up to date with digital trends, platforms and content best practice

Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in a digital content, marketing or communications role
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience managing social media channels and creating digital content
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Experience creating video and graphic content for digital platforms
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and website content management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams
Essential Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro)
- Video editing and content creation tools such as CapCut
- Social media content planning and scheduling
- Content performance reporting and analytics
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
