Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Driving licence essential.
Salary: £32,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK organisation looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Executive to join its collaborative marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of digital channels, helping to deliver engaging marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising campaigns across email, CRM, website and social media.

  • Creating, building and delivering email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Managing CRM audiences, segmentation and marketing automation
  • Updating website content, landing pages, blogs and downloadable resources
  • Working with an external web agency to improve SEO, user experience and lead generation
  • Creating and scheduling engaging organic social media content while supporting paid campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing insightful reports
  • Maintaining campaign schedules, marketing records and delivery trackers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve digital performance, engagement and lead generation
  • Ensuring all marketing activity complies with GDPR and brand guidelines

About You:

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about digital marketing. You'll be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with colleagues across the business to deliver successful campaigns.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience delivering email marketing campaigns using an email platform or CRM
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience managing website content
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
  • The ability to plan and manage a content calendar
  • Good analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise competing deadlines

Desirable experience:

  • Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
  • Creating social media graphics and short-form video content
  • Basic design skills
  • Knowledge of the energy, environmental or agricultural sectors
