Role Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious Graduate Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing Digital team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their digital marketing career who is passionate about learning, enjoys solving problems, and wants to develop specialist skills across paid media, SEO, and digital performance.

You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager, Senior SEO & Content Manager, Digital Analyst, and agency partners to support the growth of Golfbreaks across the US market. Through structured training and mentoring, you'll learn how to manage campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and TikTok, analyse performance data, optimise customer journeys, and contribute to the continued growth of one of the world's leading golf travel companies.

Whether you've completed a degree, relevant placement year, internship, or have gained experience through university projects or personal interests, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, and desire to build a career in digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn how to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with campaign updates, ad copy, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Work alongside our external agency to learn best practice across paid media.
  • Help maintain consistent messaging between adverts and landing pages.

  • Learn to analyse campaign performance using specialist platforms and tools.
  • Produce regular performance reports for the Digital team.
  • Help identify trends and opportunities using campaign data.
  • Gain experience using a range of digital marketing tools, with full training provided.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
