Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh-Based Office)

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help shape how thousands of customers engage with Toolden every day.

If you enjoy creating engaging content, growing social media channels, and building high-performing email campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

You'll play a key role in our day-to-day marketing activity, including:

  • Creating engaging content for our website, blog, and marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and growing our social media presence across TikTok, X, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Building and optimising automated email campaigns and customer journeys using Klaviyo.
  • Working with the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns driven by customer insights, competitor research, and market trends.
  • Improving website content and landing pages while following SEO best practices.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience creating engaging content and managing social media channels.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
  • Confidence using creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with filming and video editing software.
  • Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress or BigCommerce (preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commute to our Edinburgh office at least twice per week.
